When you send a project request, the form may collect your task description, full name, company, email address, phone number, and website URL. Only full name and email are required.

The site also receives standard technical data that browsers and hosting platforms provide, such as IP address, user agent, request time, and basic security or delivery metadata.

The data is used to review the request, contact you, discuss potential work, protect the form from spam and abuse, and understand whether advertising campaigns lead to successful project requests.

The data is not sold and is not used to build unrelated advertising lists.

Project requests are delivered to Basil Artemov through Telegram. The form includes basic anti-spam checks such as origin validation, rate limiting, timing checks, and a hidden honeypot field.

The site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure traffic, conversion events, and advertising effectiveness. Google may process cookies, device identifiers, and interaction data according to its own policies.

Project request messages may remain in Telegram and related operational records for as long as needed to discuss the request, manage ongoing work, resolve disputes, or meet legitimate record-keeping needs.

If a request is not relevant or you ask for deletion, the data can be removed unless there is a legitimate reason to keep it.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your project request data by email. You can also choose not to provide optional fields in the form.

You can limit analytics and advertising cookies through your browser settings, Google account settings, or other privacy controls available on your device.
